Maximum-Stretch is a thick, high-tech with high solids, high-grade, white elastomeric rubber and acrylic coating technology. This coating stretches substantially with the roof surface and glues the roof together when properly applied. Maximum-Stretch has several times the adhesive capability of most coatings. It seals, saves, and extends the life of old roofs and is an excellent choice for old tar roofs. Maximum-Stretch is up to 750% elastic, and is sprayable or rollable. Tinting formulas and charts available. Up to 98% reflective. Saves energy and reduces cooling costs. Stops leaks fast. Coverage: 1 gal (gallon) per 100 sq ft (square foot) per coat.
