TopKote Asphalt Driveway Coating penetrates and preserves blacktop pavements. Smooths, preserves, and protects weathered asphalt driveways. Rich, semi-gloss finish protects against UV damage. Covers 60 to 80 Sq. Ft. per Gal., 300 to 400 Sq. Ft. per 5 Gal. pail. Coverage may vary according to surface age and porosity, climate conditions when applying, and method of application. Do not apply too thickly, do not use on concrete, and do not use on asphalt surfaces less than 6 months old. This product should not be applied to surfaces previously sealed with coal tar, latex, or acrylic driveway sealer. Limited 12 month warranty.
