CLEAR BRUSHABLE SEALANT

A brushable, clear sealant is a single component, brushable elastic sealer with rubber-like flexibility. Forms a durable, elastic seal on damp, oily, or dirty surfaces. Can be applied to a wide variety of common building materials and in adverse weather conditions. Ideal for sealing roof valleys and repairing small areas on wood, asphalt shingles, fiberglass, slate, tile, and metal roofs. Seals and rustproofs metal surfaces such as vents, roof flashings, and exterior duct work. Also seals and waterproofs concrete surfaces, chimney crowns, and retaining wall caps. After fully cured it is mildew resistant and is paintable.
