BLUE MOLD RESIST COATING

This is a water-based permanent, mold-resistant, protective coating and sealer. It easily applies to wood, OSB, concrete, stucco, brick, tile, gypsum, and other surfaces in a home, institution, or commercial building. ForSite is a DIY version of EnviroCare's Professional Applicator technology which is applied to wall cavities during construction to help protect from moisture and avoid costly mold remediation. Use on a new project, or around the house in areas such as a crawlspace, attic, or soon-to-be-finished basement. It may also be used in conjunction with mold remediation as a final step in restoring water-damaged building materials. It is a maintenance coating for mold and moisture resistance on its surface when applied to patios, furniture, and many other surfaces. ForSite is safe for use on composite decking while reducing cleaning frequency. Available in clear or blue. Covers approximately 1600 sq. ft. on smooth nonporous surface. Dries in approximately 1 hour. Apply with sprayer, roller, or brush. For spraying, use a .011 tip and low pressure. Clean hands and tools immediately with warm water. Do Not thin or mix with other paints or coatings.
